Does anyone live with a plan or goal ? I usually set up a plan even though I have nothing to do. Without the plan, I cannot imagine that how I can cover my strong life. Even though I have 10 minutes, I set up a plan for that time, and then my feeling becomes so good.

If I become a laziness, or lonely, I hate myself because I was doing nothing.

Software As a Service ( SaaS)

Two years ago, when Web Service was the one of the hot topics, I though an idea about Software as a service platform. At that time, there was no any service platform and concept existed.

The Software As A Service (SaaS) now becomes a popular term in the software industries. Google, SalesForce, Amazon, Cisco, Microsoft and IBM already announced their own service platform to provide Web Service or RESTful Application Programming Interface (API)s to customers. The customer or any firm can use the APIs to improve their product or web application within a small developement cycle time.

This give us another idea about JResultNet Service platform that priovides web-published APIs to LIS, HIS vendors, or any analyzer firms so that they can use our APIs in their application through Web service or RESTful Service. That could be a big opportunity to go into the enterprise level software development.

I just stared to think what design patterns should be applied for JResultNet Service. It is like as either Web Service, SOA (Service Oriented Archtecture) ,or WOA( Web Oriented Archtecture) patterns. There are severl new design patterns for SOA. I just bought the book, SOA Principles of Service Design which published by Thomas Erl. I love it. I strongly recommend who wants to learn about SOA patterns.

Calibration LCD

Today, I was having a trouble shooting about Calibration LCD. I creates a map to handle an interface between the physical x and y position on the LCD and virtual x and y position.

Customized Binary Search Tree is created and it stores a raw data associated with x and y position. The computation time is a constant time, the search time is log(n) if there is no data in the look up table (Hashtable), otherwise a constant time to search.

I joined OpenJPA open source project. now I am reading the Java Persistence 2.0 Early version of specification. It might help our DataMinder product improve data utilization.

Trade Pattern :

Why people must learn about knowledge or information ? I believe that the knowledge power can be exchanged with money to support living life. I can easily say that it can be designated the Trade Pattern. For example, as I have worked for a firm , my knowledge skills , time, and passions have been used by the firms' plans to support customers who can receive that service and pay money back to the firm. The firm managed the money and distributed into their employees. That is why I am living here.

There are a lot of trade pattern occurred in a day. I trade my time with reading a book at a bookstore today. why do I do that? because I desire to learn useful skills for my life so that I can do tading something with that knowledge for happiness. The happiness is my final goal, not money.

I believe a successful life is only based on your happiness of the trade.

Today pattern was so slow at work. I didn't know the reason to make me being lazy. I really don't like that I have been as a lazy person. I am trying to make me myself as a busy person. sometime If I do not feel that I am not busy. I become so depressed myself. In my heart, I did not find yet what I like to do... so I tried to make a different pattern today.

so I went to a bookstore to refresh my body, and got one coffee, and I found "Code" book published by Microsoft. I read a couple of chapters quickly as much as possible. but I realized that it explained how computer works. It was so amazing at that time. It showed off how digits was invented. I found myself at that time that it was exciting reading the "Code" book.

so I decided myself that I am going to buy the "Code" book.

I read Eclipse BIRT through online. It was really cool tool to generate a report. The BIRT has very nice database tools to dynamically check out the SQL queries, and generate easy and powerful charts, dashboards, and tables as well. I believe this BIRT will be adopted very easily into my application. I might start writing one tutorial for BIRT that I made. As beginner, this tutorial will guide you how to easily apply into your production.

Simple Life

It might not be a good idea to post something that can be useful for my life. I am thinking... let's talk about my life first. What have I done today? Nothing. Today was labor day; however, I had been doing nothing, mm... the time was so useless for my life.

But, something was changed suddenly at B&B book store. I saw something .. that was really important for my life. It convined me to change my though and vision as well..

Are you getting now what I am talking about?
